Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At PrecureSkill, we strive to deliver high-quality training solutions and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

2. Subscription & Service Fees

All payments made for subscriptions, training modules, or services are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Once access to the platform or services is granted, refunds will generally not be issued.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Technical issues from our side preventing access to services
  • Service not delivered as committed (subject to review)

All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of payment.

Provide payment details and reason for request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of usage of the platform
  • Failure to achieve expected results
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions

7. Changes to Plans

Users can upgrade or modify plans based on availability.

Any pricing difference must be paid at the time of upgrade.
